CABLING

All sensors, Weight, Pressure in & out, Torque, Rotation, Pit levels, ROP, Gas are connected by single cable and explosion proof connection boxes.
Air hose for gas suction from gas trap (if required).
Water hose.

SPARES

We will have sufficient spares and consumable items in the unit and at the proposed support base to ensure continuous operation for the proposed duration of the drilling program. Additional spares and engineering support will be on call from FRANCE operations base.

SENSORS Hazardous Location

All sensors are certified for use in hazardous locations (Zone 1) and have all regulatory approvals for use. All rig sensors are intrinsically safe, the gas trap is explosion proof therfore certified for use in hazardous location. Certificates and specifications available upon request.

CONTINUOUS WELLSITE MONITORING WHILE DRILLING

  • Hole depth, bit depth, TVD, ROP
  • Primary gas analysis, 1 minute sample time : Chromatographic analysis C1 to C5
  • Independent Total Gas detection, 3 difffrent types :
    • Infrared 0-10% ou 0-20% methane equivalent
    • Infrared 0-10% propane equivalent
    • Flame ionization detector (FID) 0-100% methane equivalent
  • Pit volumes - Individual and total volumes while drilling / tripping
  • Pump strokes - total and strokes per minute
  • Standpipe & Casing Pressures
  • Hookload and Weight On Bit
  • RPM & TORQUE
  • Connection / Trip gas
  • Gas ratio analysis
  • Mud Resistivity In & Out
  • 3 sensors for H2S Level
  • Mud Density In & Out -OPTIONAL
  • Mud Temperature In & Out - OPTIONAL

CONTINUOUS MONITORING WHILE TRIPPING
